My heart talks to me
in a language only i know
It's a voice like no other
guiding me, warning me...
Should i listen closely

My heart talks to me
in subtle secrecy
The message is only for me
act upon it i must

expertly solving complexity
Knocking sense into me
avoiding mishaps and catastrophe

My heart talks to me
sometimes colliding with my head
A battle ensues naturally
in the end my heart wins

There is no awkwardness
Tis only when there is silence
that i feel totally lost

My heart talks to me
i'm glad and grateful
Tis a torch lighting my path
My one true guide

My heart talks to me
telling me what's right
Making me feel light
But we do fight

My heart talks to me
and listens too
That is how i get answers
to my many questions

No Thought Given.Thinking Before Talking Is No Longer Practised.

Do we actually think before saying something? Give thought to the consequences of our words?. Everyday, people around me are saying things which most often defies logic and the words spoken carry no meaning. Why say it then?. i understand that seeking attention escapes no one but as time goes by, it is becoming apparent that no thought is given before one opens his or her mouth. That is downright dumb and dangerous. 'Think before you speak'. 'Look before you leap' were definitely coined after much thought. Words are so powerful that they yield unimaginable impact whichever way it hits you. i believe in it. Just three magic words,"i love you" soars the spirit whilst,"i hate you" can crush your soul. Sometimes words are uttered intentionally to cause hurt and careful thought is given for choice words to create such an effect. It is cruel. ... i fear you not i embrace your coming when you are due for i have learnt You are the ONE certain the ONLY reality in this temporary journey. i thank you ... for i now see and feel differently i am learning to brush off trivialities accepting LIFE for what IT IS letting GO frivolity ... for that's what IT IS transient in THAT moment and nothing more. i am humbled and at peace DEATH ... you have given me freedom to be me, to fly high and be what i want to be everything i am meant to face IS but a passing phase ... i know the TRUTH that lies ahead IS the REAL beginning.
