When Small Minds Talk Big
They are growing in numbers;small minded people. You can recognise them the second words that hold no meaning but contempt tumble out. Small minded people listen selectively to snatches of conversation and make up their own versions. No research,no verifying facts. Little cocern or none at all for the feelings of others. They talk big and it comes out so stupid, mind boggling and outrageous that one is left wondering if they are from a different planet.
It amuses me no end when i come across an article written by these small minds but what shocks me is the person who gives print space and acknowledgement. How can a person who says something plainly dumb be in the spotlight?. Maybe, the spotlight is meant to single out the small mind, so the rest of us can have a good laugh?.
What is worrying though; these small minds have a following who lap up every poison word unthinkingly further feeding the huge ego of this kind. The following or fans believe everything they hear without question. That is dangerous. It actually gives the small minds leverage to continue dishing out garbage indiscriminately.
How is that society has degraded to a level that is void of understanding and weighing things wisely?. When did sound judgement disappear to be replaced by blind and insane acceptance?.i suppose the herd mentality and the trend of simply following the latest, the most current that the rest of the population is agreeing and adhering to takes precedence. Small minds who talk big get away with so little effort no thanks to those who mindlessly do not mind being brainless.
